Biography


Aks Mehraj a versatile artist. His birth name is “Sandeep Singh”. His college friends named him “AKS”. He belongs to our current Chief Minister’s Capt. Amrinder Singh’s ancestor village “Mehraj” Distt. Bathinda.That’s why he is called “Aks Mehraj”. His dedicated to his work – Creativity in Direction. He did so many Short and Feature Films. He also worked with many well known faces in industry. He always got a good response for his work. He has a good hand in Script Writing. He got BEST DIRECTOR AWARD at ALL INDIA THEATRE FESTIVAL (Barnala 2024).

Theatre Work 

Aks started his work in the age of 20 and wrote his first Play 'Ant Nahi Shuruaat'.This play attracted Punjabi Theater critics. Since that he has written 15 plays. His productions got great success in Punjab and India level theatre competitions.
He directed more than 30 plays with more than 100 shows of the same all over India. Recipient of many prestigious awards for direction, Writing and production.
